1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the access and use of the Ernita4D platform, operated under the domain ernita4d.cam ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). Ernita4D provides online casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, 4D lottery, and related entertainment services to registered users.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing any part of the Ernita4D platform, you ("the Player", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior versions. Ernita4D reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" — The Ernita4D website accessible at ernita4d.cam and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and applications.
• "Account" — A registered user account created on the Platform by an eligible individual.
• "Player" — Any individual who has registered a valid account on the Platform and meets the eligibility criteria set out in Clause 3.
• "Balance" — The total funds available in a Player's account at any given time, including real-money deposits and any credited bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" — Promotional credits awarded by Ernita4D under specific terms that may differ from real-money funds in terms of withdrawal eligibility.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The total amount a Player must wager before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification process requiring documentary proof of identity and address before a withdrawal may be processed.
• "MYR" — Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency accepted on the Platform.
• "Restricted Territory" — Any country or jurisdiction in which accessing or using the Platform is prohibited by applicable law.

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on Ernita4D, you must at all times satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. Ernita4D does not permit any individual under the age of 21 to register, deposit, or gamble on the Platform under any circumstances.
2. You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not expressly prohibited by law, and you are not resident in a Restricted Territory.
3. You are acting as a principal and on your own behalf, not as an agent for or on behalf of any third party.
4. You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of Ernita4D or any affiliated entity.
5. You have not previously had an account closed, suspended, or terminated by Ernita4D for a breach of these Terms.

4 Account Registration & Security

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including:

• Full legal name as it appears on your Malaysian identity document (MyKad, passport, or driving licence).
• Date of birth confirming you are aged 21 or above.
• Valid email address and contact number.
• Residential address within Malaysia or your country of residence.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Ernita4D will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

You agree to notify Ernita4D immediately via live chat or by contacting [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any breach of security.

5 Deposits & Payment Methods

Ernita4D accepts deposits exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following approved payment channels:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• GrabPay
• Boost
• DuitNow
• FPX (Financial Process Exchange) — supporting Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other participating institutions
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), BNB — minimum equivalent of MYR 30

The minimum deposit amount is RM50 for all fiat payment methods unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. All deposit funds must originate from payment accounts held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

Ernita4D does not charge deposit processing fees. However, your payment provider may apply transaction charges independently. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to network confirmation times; Ernita4D is not responsible for delays caused by blockchain congestion.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions being met prior to processing:

1. The Player's account must be fully KYC-verified. First withdrawal requests from unverified accounts will be placed on hold until identity documents are submitted and approved.
2. All applicable bonus wagering requirements attached to any active or recently claimed bonus must have been fully satisfied.
3. The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum threshold of RM50 per transaction.
4. The Player's account must be in good standing with no active fraud investigations, security reviews, or outstanding policy violations.
5. Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless a change of method has been explicitly approved by our support team.

Processing times: E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost) typically complete within 5–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers via DuitNow and FPX may take up to 2 business hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times.

Ernita4D reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or exhibit unusual patterns. During such reviews, funds may be held temporarily. Players will be notified if additional documentation is required.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

Ernita4D offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the point of offer, in addition to the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 21 and above only. Bonuses claimed by ineligible players will be voided.
• Each player is entitled to claim each introductory or welcome promotion once only. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times — including via duplicate accounts — constitute fraud.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Expired bonus funds and associated pending winnings will be removed from the account automatically.
• Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering rollover. Slots generally contribute 100%; live dealer games, table games, and certain specialty titles may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Contribution rates are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Ernita4D reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already accepted an active bonus will be subject to the terms in force at the time of acceptance.
• The 2% cryptocurrency deposit bonus (up to MYR 688) is credited automatically upon each qualifying crypto deposit. Standard wagering requirements do not apply to this bonus unless otherwise stated.

8 Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games offered on the Ernita4D platform — including slots, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, and 4D lottery — are governed by their respective game rules, which are available within the game interface. By placing a bet or participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

Sports betting on markets including Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), UFC, and other events is subject to the following:

• Odds displayed are correct at the time of bet placement and are subject to change prior to the bet being accepted. A bet is confirmed only upon receipt of a bet slip confirmation.
• In the event of event cancellation, postponement, or abandonment, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sports betting rules published on the Platform at the time of the event.
• Ernita4D reserves the right to void any bet placed on the basis of an error in odds, including manifest pricing errors, and to return stakes to the Player's account.
• In-play betting markets close at the discretion of Ernita4D. Bets placed after market closure will be voided and stakes returned.

Slot game RTPs (Return to Player percentages) are published within each game's paytable. Published RTPs represent theoretical long-term return rates and do not guarantee any individual session outcome.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Ernita4D platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Use of automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Arbitrage betting strategies designed to exploit promotional offers or odds inconsistencies for guaranteed profit.
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Use of stolen, unauthorised, or third-party payment methods to fund an account.
• Any form of money laundering, structuring, or use of the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Chargeback abuse — initiating payment chargebacks after funds have been wagered or withdrawn.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts, whether personally or through proxies.

10 Intellectual Property

All content published on the Ernita4D Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, sound files, and the overall design and layout — is the exclusive property of Ernita4D or its licensed content partners. This content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No content from the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered, published, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of Ernita4D.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ernita4D, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your access to or use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or expected winnings due to technical faults, system outages, or third-party service failures.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by payment service providers or banking institutions.
• Data loss resulting from circumstances beyond Ernita4D's direct control.
• Financial decisions made by a Player in connection with their use of the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. Ernita4D does not guarantee uninterrupted access and will not be liable for temporary unavailability due to maintenance, system upgrades, or technical failures. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Responsible Gambling

Ernita4D is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. Gambling should be an entertaining activity. If it is no longer enjoyable, or if you believe your gambling is causing financial, emotional, or personal harm, we strongly encourage you to use the tools available on our platform and to seek external support.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered players at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending. Changes to limits take effect immediately when reducing, and after a 24-hour cooling period when increasing.
• Session Reminders: Automatic on-screen reminders at configurable intervals to alert you to the duration of your current session.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary account suspension ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

Ernita4D reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or unverifiable personal information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time when requested.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, collusion, or money laundering.
• Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour directed at Ernita4D staff or other players.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Player.

Where an account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, Ernita4D may withhold the account balance and any bonus funds. Funds will be returned to the Player's verified payment method where no breach is confirmed following investigation, within a reasonable timeframe.

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the Player's verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal verification procedures.

14 Amendments to These Terms

Ernita4D reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or via an on-platform notification.

Your continued access to or use of the Ernita4D Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and request account closure.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which Ernita4D's international gaming licence is issued. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct negotiation in good faith.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within 30 days of written notice, it shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent Ernita4D from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights or prevent irreparable harm.
